WOW! The first completed pic I was wondering if it was your reference pic of a real one or if it was your model. VERY VERY nice work! That thing is absolutely beautiful!

Whoa! That red paint is dazzling. It just looks superb. Can you tell us what you used and how you applied and finished it?

I used Tamiya TS-8 (Italy red), and Mr.Color CL-184 (Super clear)

Hi Ferrarifan,

Amazing built... congratulations! It looks very real!

In my opinion, you could improve this model doing a "black wash" on the lines (doors, trunk, front cap, etc) and with the lines on the chassis.

Congratulations one more time sir!

Awesome. I still can't get over how phenomenal that finish is, absolutely perfect, looks exactly like a 1:1. The Super Clear will not interact with the red as much as Tamiya clear, maybe that has something to do with the look you achieved. It's still a lacquer, I think, it just does not react as much with a TS base, different formulation I guess.
Again, fantastic job, I love it.
