has anyone else placed an order recently,

I made one on 1/11 and still nothing, I email them twice and no response, tomorrow I'm gonna call to try and get something but when stuff from France comes to me faster than a dealer in the US, something is wrong here. it was an estimated 3-4 days for delivery to the midwest and so far nothing.

its ok, it arrived today. but so did my package from Singapore which was bought the same day

I haven't heard back from you yet about the order you said you placed and haven't received yet so I did some checking on my own for all orders placed in the 11th of January by a customer named 'Steve'. We did have one order on that day placed at 7:27am by a customer with the first name of Steve who lives in Lisle, IL is that you? Your order was fully processed on the evening of January 18 and shipped out on the morning of January 19 so it should arrive any day now if in fact it hasn't already (if in fact that was your order). If you are a different Steve let me know and also let me know if the order was placed under a different name.
You know its funny I placed an order on 11 January with Buy-Model.com and on that same day my credit card was charged for the total amount of the order. So far I have not received any order confirmation, nor have they responded to any of my emails so I know it can feel very frustrating. Please note that when placing an order with Scale Motorsport, your credit card is not charged until your order ships!
