electrical problem

i have a 90 model olds toronado, and it kills the battery after it sets a while. a mechanic told me to pull the fuses till i found the one that was killing the battery. i did this and it turned out to be the fuse labled ccci. but the car will not run without this fuse. can someone tell me what the ccci is and how to fix the short.

Re: electrical problem

I believe it has something to do with the coil pack. I had a problem with that a while back, when my car would keep blowing the ccci fuse and it turned out to be a short.
