Rim Scratches

I've got two rims that have gotten scratches from carelessness while parking, a little curb burn if you will. Anyways, the scratches are on the cross-bar / spoke of the rim. (Rims are Enkei RS6 rims, so they're only 6 bar rims). I was wondering if it can be touched up??? Polish, buffing, anything??? And what might it run, where can it be done / bought? Anything...
