Caliber trans PROBLEM

Have a 2007 Caliber RT AWD the problem began about 1 month ago the car just would not go and would chug, took it too the dealer they came up with a bad sensor replaced it, two weeks go by and same problem is back taking it back to the dealer today.

Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Re: Caliber trans PROBLEM

Just got the car back from the dealer they replaced the same sensor and checked the wiring could not find anything wrong besides the sensor. I find it hard to believe that the same sensor went bad within two weeks of the last fix.

Re: Caliber trans PROBLEM

I'm not sure if it applies to your car but there is a TSB to flash the computer for the transmission control. My Caliber is an 08 so the TSB does not apply to mine. What you are explaining sounds like what that particular TSB covered. PM me and I can get you some more information.
