hi guys i own a 1995 ford falcon xr8 my problem is when ignition is turned full on or motor is running the power windows, wipers,heater fan and radio will not work ie no power to these components. but if i turn the key back one click ie turn off the engine they all work fine. this is drving me nuts pleeeease help.

Sounds like the ignition switch is failing you.
