IF you are still considering this, (I hope it is not too late) DON"T DO IT. It is a SCAM! Wash the car often, don't expect a miracle cure. In my never to be humble opinion, of course!

Re: Does anyone know anything about electronic rust protection?

Hi

I've seen these type of units in JC Whitney, but never used one or know anyone that has. I agree with remark123, it's probally a scam. Wash the car often and get the under carriage flush at the car wash. Don't forget to wax it too, door jambs trunk, door and hood edges.

My wife yells at me for runing the car through the car wash, she says that it ruins the paint. Let's face it, if you own a car long enough you will need to get it repainted at some point any way. I've lost some good cars in the past to total rust out. I would rather have some scratched paint than holes in the metal.
