Powerbase speakers how good and will they fit??

I recently got set of powerbase speakers. two are PB-C693X and the other two are PBC5X. I pulled them out of a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. My two questions are A) are these good speakers?? and B) if they fit in a 95 Cutlass Supreme will they fit in a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix?? Thanks for your help.
