88 Chevy PU won't go into Reverse

I have an 88 Chevy PU with a 350 and manual 5 speed transmission. It was working fine. Backed out of the driveway Sat no problem. Haven't been able to get it into Reverse since then. I now notice that it is getting harder to find 1st gear and when I shift from 1st to 2nd, I can definitely feel the shifter seems to be forced just a hair to the right compared to how it felt before this started. Now this morning, 5th gear seems to be gone. This seems like a shifter issue rather than a transmission issue. Anyone have any ideas?
