2000 Z71 Tahoe heated seats went out?

They were working fine last week and now they both don't work. I'm hopeing it is just a fuse in the box and not the elements.

Ok, checked the fuses and they seem to be fine. Why would both elements burn out at the same time? Makes no sense? Did the 2000 Tahoe's born out if they were left on? Or do they have a reply or timing on them? I could see the drivers side burning out b/c its used alot more. The passager side is hardly used and no reason for it to go. Can it be anything else besides the element? If so what and how do I check it?

I'll never buy another Chevy again. Gotta be the most problem ridden piece of crap. Little stuff they could of avoided by just thinking. Go figure. Chevy tough,ya who tested these out a grandma?
