cherokee 2000 speed problem

i have one problem i felt in my Cherokee 2000 sport 4.0 HO inline 6 cylinder
i have changed the gas pump but while i accelerate i feel the the car is running in its place its not taking the normal speed , i try to accelerate hard until i reach the max. speed and shift to the fourth speed i reach 100 and i feel the car is also running in its place what is the problem here i dont know

i need your help ppl.

Try Checking your MAP sensor and its vacuum lines. The sensor could be going bad or the lines could be blocked or leaking. This could cause the Jeep to feel like it has no acceleration when leavin stop lights.

You said you changed the fuel pump? Are you sure it was done correctly and is getting the proper fuel pressure at the rail? Is the gas contaminated?

Tests need to be made.
