It depends what your plans are with it. Why did you start a second thread on headgaskets when you already had an ongoing one?

Ok well I dont know What exacly I want to do. But will a metal one be ok? Because that is the engine's breaking point i think. But will it still be alright for everyday use?? Like will a stock one hold 500hp alright?

Depends... I have seen some people run that kind of power out of both types of headgaskets before.
