Wireing Up Some Strobes, Switch Question
I am going to be putting some strobe lights into my 95' eclipse this weekend. I already bought them... nothing special but hey they came with a switch
![]() My question: Is it better to do the negatives to the switch or the positives? I was thinking negatives that way you cant burn the switch up but then I thought well then I have constant contact of the positive ends? I really dont know much about electrical. Its an easy install and im sure im putting to much thought into this but it cant hurt right lol Thanks again. |

Re: Wireing Up Some Strobes, Switch Question
Ground should go to negative. Put the switch on the positive side. If your afraid of a problem you can always put in an inline fuse....

Re: Wireing Up Some Strobes, Switch Question
It really doesn't matter, either way there will be constant power to the switch. Just put in a fuse and call it good.
