I won this item a few weeks back ...



... a set of 1/24 Rader wheels.

I paid it full within a week but still not received it (and it's now a lot more than a month). I sent several emails but never got an answer, I started a 'dispute' through Ebay but still no answer
As he seems to sell lots of resin car parts, maybe someone here knows him/her and could give me other ways to contact him/her.
It's the first time I get fooled on Ebay and I'm very disappointed

That's the Ebay name for AF/X 'n Scale. They have a notorious reputation in the community, there are angry threads on nearly every message board from disgruntled customers with stories that are echoes of yours. And worse. The upside? If you ever get your parts, they are nice. Quality is excellent. Customer service, quite another story. I have bought some items from them at a show (actually a vendor selling their product, not them literally). I would never consider buying from them any other way. And then I feel bad about someone else who bought the same items from them and have never seen it. Sorry, but you've now become acquainted with one of the most notoriously bad resin companies in the industry. Hopefully you'll get your items. But don't expect to hear much of anything from them beforehand, other than excuses.

Did a search for the bad feedback that this seller received on E Bay at Toolhaus and it doesn't make for good reading.

Finally got an answer today:

I had the same thing happen to me last month. When i bought there foxbody mustang coupe body. What a pita that was. Started a despute they finely answered my email and message got sent out and had it in 2 days. What a joke they are.

Finaly received the rims yesterday morning, from Jan. 19 to Feb. 1st, it took more than 2 weeks to arrive. I closed the dispute and wanted to leave a negative feedback but he's not a registered user anymore, maybe he'll reappear under another username.
