hi peps, well where do i start i live in mn. have a 99 vw passat glx with 130.k miles test drove a cople of differnt vw and decided on this one. thought this was a good idea. anyways had a number of problems starting with front end noise took back too place of purcase they had no idea so took it too vw dealer and they figued it was one off the tie rod bussings but the extra warnty would not cover because the dealer said they could not pin point witch one it was so long storie short drive it tell it breaks. next it was vibration in the stering wheel changed tires breaks roters still there. now the latest the trottle sticking that is fun!! well my question is what might cause this tried gas line anti freez thawing car out in heated garage for a day (helped for a while) sprayed water removing lube on trottle linkage and cable the guy at the vw dealer said it might be the pcv valve being pluged causing acces pressure in the crank case causing condsation pushing it up into the trottle body!!!?

well now you see my delema any ansures
