Rattling from under the hood

Randomly when I am driving, I hear a rattling as I start to accelerate. This occurs when I am going at around 20-40 mph. When I accelerate harder, the rattling goes away, but when I keep it at a steady pace, it keeps rattling unless I keep the car idle at a light for like 30 sec, and when I accelerate again, it goes away. Does anyone know where this spontaneous rattling noise is coming from? I drive an Integra 96 ls.

Re: Rattling from under the hood

I had this SAME problem... the bearings on my hampster wheel needed greasing...

Seriously though.... its most likely a loose heat shield
