88 Jeep CHerokee Pioneer MSD Q's?
Has any one put an MSD ignition in a 88 Pioneer with a 4.0L. This jeep has that little ignition and coil all in one, with a distributer on the motor. I go to summit and it shows that there is an MSD offroad unit, and a convertion wiring harness out for it. I call MSD, and that lame ass didn't know a jeep from a 4runner.
 Either way, im sure that if anyone has done it, some one here has. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Check out that link it's got the ignition system, rev control, coil, and high performance wires for cherokee's. You can get the msd 6 offroad unit and contact msd for the jeep adapter and use it to connect throughout the system. When I get the money up I plan on getting that so it's one more thing that's waterproof under the hood.

Thats just it...I called MSD, and the guy told me that they didn't make anything that would do this for the specific model and year, due to that little coil/ignition pack...
So are you sure? I also have phoned Rusty, and chatted with them, and they say it will too. So I am just making sure that my unit, is not some lame off the wall, one of a kind.
