Tune up on 5.7L 350

I'm about to be doing a tuneup on my engine and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I'm also looking to crank a couple more horses out of it and i'm not sure about what to do to get that extra power. I'm thinking about putting in a new less restrictive air intake.
