Some people
I know this doesnt pertain to modeling, but some people can be inconsiderate. I brought my Skyline R32 home from the local hobby store after it being displayed in the cabinet. Got home..no problem. Guy ahead of me opened the door and let it slam right into my hand..the one with the model. CRASH! it hit the floor and exploded into a bunch of peices. Now my project is to fix it. How fun is that....

sorry, should have specified. I live in apartments and guy turned around after crash and still kept walking.

One time my wife dropped my Impreza WRC tour de corse version (1999 I think?).
I was pissed but I didn't say anything. I was all like "Oh it's okay, it's not broken, don't worry" ahaha! there was some damage on it but I didn't tell her, It was the first time she showed some interest in the little cars I build so I didn't want to make it worst.

Sorry bout your model! Always transport your models in a box, Tupperware type container etc. with some soft material around your model, you never know when you gotta slam on the brakes or get bumped into etc.
