93 Park Avenue power seat, power mirror, and power lock

Hi there, I bought a second hand 93 park avenue last year. Everything goes well except the power mirror, power seat and power lock stopped working from last Monday. The fuses are all good and I checked the control panel located at driver's side front door. It is interesting that the power window works well although the buttons are in the same panel.
Any idea about this problem? Thanks

This recent post may be related...or not, but the relay terminals on driver side needed to be sanded which resulted in all items you mentioned finally working...here is the link:

Hope this helps.
