There's gotta be a way
I'm on the verge of giving it up now. I just bought this 98 Sc1, and I've had to put in more money then I paid for it (I like new parts). Thing is, I just replaced the clutch, needed to be done BADLY. Now I've got it all back together, but I've got no pressure in my pedal. I know I need to bleed the slave cylinder, but I can't figure out how to do that. Any help from anyone?

Re: There's gotta be a way
You can't bleed it. You probably messed up the system on your clutch job. The clutch hydraulics must be handled in a certain way when removed from the car. You will need to replace the clutch master and slave as a pre-bled unit.

I would suggest making sure the plastic piece on the slave cylinder is in the groove on the fork. if its not, then you will have no resistance. Otherwise, you messed up the hydraulics, and need a new slave/master assembly :/ |
