Pulley Problems...

Ahhh what a night. Me and a friend of mine tried to pull my s/c pulley off tonight and put the smaller one on... didn't work out so great. We probably spent an hour after moving everything just trying to pull the thing off. We used my dads puller (just had 3 clip things on the end of it instead of that wall type thing the one from pulley boys has) to try to pull it off and it would just not come off! We dented the crap out of it too with the 3 things that attached to the pulley too. We finally just gave up because we didn't want to break anything so we drove it to the shop and we'll let them do it. Anyone know why it was so hard?

Re: Pulley Problems...

Because the puller you were using is incorrect. You have to use one like from Pulley Boys to remove the pulley on an Eaton M90 blower.
