vtec wires on my 2.3 vtec stroker

i just put a 2.3 vtec stroker in my 94 lude. i just need some kind of a picture to show me where to plug in my wires. and i need to reset my timing so if anyone has an easy solution to keeping the auto tensioner compressed please let me know. thanks
