99 venture shuts-off when turning right

I've got a 99 venture that shuts-off while turning to the right. Nothing happens when turning left. If the vehilce is not moving I can turn the wheel in any direction and nothing happens. It seems to only occur while driving. Even at high speeds the engine cuts out but won't stall as long as you straighten the wheel before stopping. If the vehicle stalls it will start right-away.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
