timing belt
what should i do to find out if my valves are bent i hear them ticking but its not that loud i thought that on a 93 accord the motor was non interference when i changed the belt i checked the valves the all seemed to fine they all had the same travel

A compression check will do that as long as the valve clearance is OK. Ticking usually means that there is excess clearance. And the 93 Honda engine is a interference engine. If the belt breaks, there is a 90%+ chance a valve got hit by a piston.
