88 deville cooling stay on

My fans run all the time key off eng. cold is draining battery,unpluged fans,still drains battery,where is relay located.any help thanks natemn.

Welcome to AF, there is an underhood relay panel with location or relays under the cover, l/s of engine compt. I believe.
