SilvrEclipse for his promotion to Moderator. We need and will need some extra help around here and though there were several people we considered, Brian and I agreed that he would be the best candidate. Anyway, congrats Jason!

But I would like to nominate the new guy at work. He spent an hour looking for a new "plasma core" in the McMaster-Carr catalog after I told him I need more plasma for the plasma cutter. He is my real hero.
