89 Dodge caravan won't fire

I have an 89 Dodge Caravan that won't fire when it is turned over. It ran fine when I parked it. Then a couple days later a cold snap blew through and it sat for about a week and a half. I thought it might be a frozen fuel line but we've had 30-40 degree weather for the last week. It still won't fire. There is spark to the plugs. The timing belt along with the water pump was replaced about 6000 miles ago. The van has 170,000 miles on it. Any ideas what is wrong? Oh yeah, this is an 89 caravan with a 3.0V6/ Auto Tranny

Try checking for fuel at the test port on the fuel rail if equiped. If not, disconnect the fuel line at the throttle body. Make sure you follow safety guidlines ie, goggles, only when engine is cold, rags to catch fuel etc. Best to connect a fuel pressure gauge. Pressure should be 15 PSI. It should squirt fuel for at least a couple seconds. A dribble or no fuel indicates a dead pump (or a frozen fuel line). Check the connection for corrosion and power. The pump should turn on for a couple seconds when you turn the key to "on". Can you hear it? Tap the fuel tank with a mallet. An old trick to resurrect the pump. Throw a can of fuel conditioner in the tank if you suspect water. Might consider finding a warm garage for a few hours just to CYA.
