2001 2.4 wont start

have dodge caravan, listed above, wont start, have fire and fuel pressure seems to be fine checking shrader valve with pin. any ideas. car died in route to work and have never got it back to run.. had camshaft sensor code and replaced camshaft sensor but no luck. cleared code from system and tried to restart and code is not back..

Reinspect your cam sensor installation. Non OEM sensors have been known to be garbage. What code # did you see? If you have fuel and spark the ASD relay should not be involved but, you might consider reseating/tapping/swapping/replacing it.

i should have added that he said his check engine light had been on for a long time. so i told him that the code he has could be an old code, he used my scanner to clear the code.

one other thing, i have a fuel pressure gauge, but can you tell me what the fuel pressure requirement is for this car.
