Bright Headlight Switch

I have an owners manual on the way, but in the meantime, where is my bright headlights switch? Normally it would be the turn signal lever towards the dash, but no go. If I bring it towards me, the brights will flash.

thats where it's to,are you hauling it back far enough for it to click for your highbeams to come on ,if you haul it back a little and hold it all 4 lights will come on but you have to pull it back toward you till it clicks and the blue light on the dash should stay on,if not then the switch and turn lever is broke
