Heat problem

I have a 2000 cirrus and the heat only works on the highest setting so i was told to change the blower motor resistor. i did that and it still only blows on the highest setting, any ideas on what to fix next

My 2000 Stratus had the same issue. After replacing the blower motor resistor 3 times, and having it fry immediately, I replaced the Blower Motor and installed a new resistor. The blower motor was going bad. You will need to put in another resistor block, otherwise it will still blow only on high. Mine has worked great for almost a year. Never had this problem with my 97 stratus, so I put a blower motor from a 96 breeze into the car.
