Service Engine Light
How do I turn off the "Service Engine Light" on a 2002 XL-7 after I have serviced the car?

Re: Service Engine Light
This light is actually "Service Engine Soon" light which seems to be activted by elapsed mileage as near as I can figure. It is different than "Check Engine" light.
I will disconnect the battery and see what happens. Probably if I took it in to the shop to service it rather than servicing it myself their computer would reset it. |

Re: Service Engine Light
Well, so much for my back yard mechanic ability. The Suzuki shop replaced one of the four O2 sensers which cleared up the problem. Considering that this is the first problem I have had in 93,000 miles I guess I can't complain.
