No headlights?Switch wont stay on??

Hello,
More problems with my 2000 Monte SS!No headlamps?Pull the headlamp switch out no Lights??Move the headlamps from dim to bright the lights come on but wont stay on.Sounds like a combo switch to me?Any of you have to replace these and how much is the parts??Thanks,Born
