water bubbling

Ok so I got out today and drive the truck after I fixed the Intake gakets and its running rich still whick Is from the spider injector leaking which i am fixing tommorrow but now Im hearing water like bubble or flow when im driving what would that be??

If you're hearing it in the dash, you probably have an air pocket in the cooling system, and it needs to be bled out.
