2002 Alero Stalling But Starts Back up

heres what i got. im trying to figure out whats wrong with my wifes 02 olds alero it has the 2.2 ecotech motor in it 4 cyl. she had told me it would frequently stall on her when she is driving. so i drove it and i found out that when you accelerate quickly like your going to pass someone or just get up to speed fast the car will stall completely, put it in neutral while its still rolling and when it drops below 1k rpms it will start right back up, when it starts the rpms shoot up to 3500 rpms and if you put it in drive while the rpms are that high it will just stall again so i waited until it dropped back down to 1k rpms and it kicked in gear and ran fine until it would shut off again. im getting a crank shaft sensor malfunction in bank 1 which i completely replaced the crank shaft sensor a few months ago, just the other day replaced the fuel filter with a new one, new plugs-wires no loose connections of any kind that i see. anyone who has any ideas i'd greatly appreciate it thanks
