Help Me!!!!!

ok, when driving my car on the highway, i hit approx 3300 rpm and my car cuts out. what i say "cuts out" its kinda like im hitting a rev limiter or something, the car literally CUTS out, its kinda like the engine is turned off, until i get to a lower rpm, then its back to normal.....i ahve replaced the fuel filter, ignition coil, and the wire that goes from the coil to the dizzy.....didnt fix anything, some people have told me it is the m.a.f. sensor (mass airflow) while others have told me its prolly the ignition module, what do you guys think about it? what could it be?
