Re: Drivers Seat Belt Latch

It will need replaced.
The whole part, latch and belt to the floor.

You'll need a large torx bit(not sure on the exact size) and a longer ratchet, they are tight!
Unplug the saftey belt sensor wire, remove torx bolt.
Reinstall the new belt latch and retighten bolt.

Not sure on the torque of the bolt, Bnaylor should know.

Hey Bob !

ps you did mean the latch on your right, not the belt from the left ??

Re: Drivers Seat Belt Latch

Thanks for the reply.
The latch for the seat belt on the drivers side will not lock the the seat belt. I found a Tan one, I needed gray, but now it works.
I had to use a 18mm boxed end wrench to loosen the nut and slide the latch through the seat. Also had to unplug the wire from under the seat to remove. The wire is for the seat belt "not" on light.
Thanks again..
