What trans is it?

81 Formula, 350(crate) 4 speed manual(not original)

When I bought this car 5 years ago I was told it had a truck transmission. 4 years ago when I replaced the starter, the parts guy matched it up to an 85 K2500. What trans is it?

Reverse is to the left, pull up, to the left more then down. Ideas?
