Completed Mitsubishi GTO with Pics *56K Beware*

This is a Tamiya Mitsubishi GTO/3000GT

Mainly out of the box apart from a S.A.S. rear wing and Aoshima Wisesports 18 inch Rims, this was not lowered as the huge arches looked silly when lowered, so left as standard height.
Paint is Tamiya TS50 Mica Blue.

All coments are welcomed as usual

Nice. What basecoat did you use for the mica blue?

Isn't the GTO one with the suspension that lowers itself at high speeds? So it's accurate for it's current velocity...

The basecoat/primer was Tamiya Superfine White Primer, use Grey if you what a darker blue.

Didn't know about the suspension

Pretty Easy kit,
Windows don't have masks but I post some here last week.
Filling in the black bits needs a fair bit of masking if your airbrushing rather than handpainting.

Did you clearcoat and then wax it?
Did you polish after clearcoating?

Being an old kit 1990 'ish I think it is usually pretty cheap, therefore worth having a go at.

No Clear Coat and no Wax just Tamiya spray, only 2 coats as well, as I was running out.
