Yeah, and the admin thought it was a good idea NOT to notify the student population. When we found out we were pretty pissed off.

Our school admin is stupid. They tried to hide a bomb threat from us one time, but we found out and our parents had some words with the admin. They've had us in the parking lot before laying down because they got what they thought was a serious bomb threat. If a big enough bomb had gone off, it wouldn't have helped us to be down.

the first time the let us go home early, al the other times we have to wait out side for an hour, weather it is 35 degrees or 80 degrees, but theres nothing like the feeling coming out of the school building and seeing a bunch of police and fire trucks out side

in the 6 years i've been at my school, we haven't had a single one. but every year, twice a year, we do a lock-down procedure run through to be sure that in the case of an emergency, we'll be all set. yeah right, like our small little insignifigant school in a small little insignifigant town is going to get a bomb threat.

At my high school, you could always tell when there was a bomb or gun threat, because they'd lock the classroom doors during class and no one was allowed to go to the bathroom or get a drink during class.

Yeah, lock the students in the classrooms, that'll prevent a massacre.

A friend of mine did a course as a security guard. This is an example of the form they have to fill in when they get a bomb threat:
