90 Caprice strange problems.

I have a 90 caprice, 305 TBI. When I start the car it idles a little rough and when I try to accellerate it bogs down and sometimes dies. It takes awhile to get the car above 10-15mph but once you do the car seems to run considerably better, but still not well. It seems to act alot better (nearly right) when the temperature outside is warm, and it runs horribly when its bitterly cold out. I know for a fact that it's not the catalytic converter. I suspect I need to check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump, but I was wondering what else could cause this strange behavior?

No choke on a TBI setup - don't waste your time looking for one!

Check to make sure that both injectors are pulsing properly. Also, do check the fuel pressure. It should be between 9 and 13 PSI. Check your distributor cap/rotor and plug wires.
