Washer relay?

Was wondering if these cars have window washer relay or something. I have checked the fuse and replaced the pump and I still cant get any fluids up there, and no they are not frozen, any help?

Does anyone have the relay diagram under there relay cover? If so could anyone tell me which one if there is one, is the washer relay? thanks
