Frozen Up!!!!

Went to start the car the other day it would idle erratically up to 2000rpm down to almost stalling then back to 2g...did this about 3 or 4 times before I shut it down! Took of rad cap to find a lime slushie! Had it checked 2 month ago good for -40....the temp has warmed up now to rain. The problems are : it still idles the same up.. down,my brakes are stiff and hard, this is after I get it up to normal temp.I have moved it around the yard thinking there might be ice still in the brakes .They will work fine once then go stiff again...sometimes.abs.The car was working great before the freeze.Just wondering what could be wrong before I end up taking it in.Any thoughts would be appreciated!!.....this all happened in 3 days!!:.The heater airflow adjuster will not change direction either... Well the answer to all these problems is..........a hole in a vaccum line!! Once you put your finger over the hole everything returns to normal....amazing how much stuff a little hole can cause!!! Hope this helps someone!!
