1996 grand am 2.4 has misfire on 1 and 3.changed coils. coil housing ,plugs,ingintion control module.plug caps, swapped injectors,shows same code mis fire on 1 and 3 dont know what to do now

Did you clear the code(s) when you replaced those items you listed above?
You could have clogged injectors or a wire shorted out.

codes were cleared po301and po303 looked for short cant find anything

check the cam sensor and make sure the gound wire for the module is good the braided one under the cover over the plugs.

If the cam sensor was the problem, he would most likly get a DTC for that, not a msfire.
![]() Check the Ohm resistance on the injectors, paying attention to their difference's.
