what wire????
I know this has probably been mentioned several times but I cant seem to find the answer when I search. . . . I have an 87 crx si that I am swapping the engine out from a donor 87 integra, from what I've read I dont think I will have many problems with the swap but wiring is not the best thing I know how to do. I have read that in order to do this I need to swap 1 wire but which wire is it? I have both complete cars only the crx's engine has seen better days and the teg needs a fuel pump. I have to do the swap this weekend so I can be at work monday so any help would be GREATLY appreciated. The more specific you can be on the wiring the better. Thanks in advance.

Re: what wire????
is it carb'd or FI?
Carb'd, check the choke, FI, take off the IACV and clean it out, or just replace it. Also, I think you were supposed to change the fuel pump, etc, if you were going FROM carb TO FI... if you didn't do that, I'm surprised it even starts. |
