01 Maxima SE Electrical

I am looking at buying an 01 Maxima SE with 125K miles on it, well maintained; everything I have researched indicates these are great cars to own. However, I noticed 3 problems that might be electrical, or something else.
These are:
1) Fog lights not working
2) Front and rear driver side marker lights not working
3) Apparent lack of lighting on AC Controls

These could easily be explained as burnt out/non-exsistent respectively, but I would like some input as to if there is a known electrical issue that could be causing this, and if the AC Control lights are simply not illiuminated.

If these are all problems = noproblems. Whatever, get independent evaluation.

Get info how/if tranny serviced, all fluids changed on time, alt/starter, shocks swapped/serviced, axle boots etc - just to figure out near future costs. (If no idea, find another vehicle.)

Have you made sure that the dimmer switch is turned up?
