Re: full exhaust?
to be honest with you...save the money..go to your nearest muffler shop and have them put 2-3/4 inch piping from the cat back.....and purchase the muffler seperate...The type of exhaust depends on the type of sound your looking for...Deep or Ricey????

Re: full exhaust?
1st, where are you from? Cali?
2nd, Do NOT go larger than a 2.5" exhaust unless you are FI. And dont go to a muffler shop where they are going to use crush bent piping...it will hurt the flow. You want a mandrel bent system. To get the most power from an exhaust, you should run the same diameter the whole way back. I run a Edelbrock header with a modified 2.5" collector, a 2.5" smsp high flow cat, and a T1R catback exhaust system (2.5" diam). Bottlenecks kill flow. A good header will cost you big bucks...800-1000. If you dont have to deal with emissions, get a knock off "big-tube" header. You can find them pretty cheap online (400-600). |
