65 GTO pictures

Our project has been sitting for a while and maybe me finnaly geting these pictures oon the net will inspire me to get back into action with it. Its hard when you have so many projects happening at once.

Well we got the car 9 years ago. It sat for 3 years while my parents and i were moved around by the goverment. then the car was painted to original fontain blue. Sat for another year or so while the 455 was built. Then about a year ago we all finnaly got back in our old house with a garage and we can work on it so about the last 6 months have been good planning and slow parts sourcing, not long now though. Soon il be driving a mean 65 GTO.

Way to go, I bought a 65 GTO with 3-duces & 4-speed in 1966 with 24K miles, for $2200.00. Wish I still had it! I will add some pics of a friends 1966 Catalina 2+2 421 cu. in., with 3-duces, for you drool over! Notice, every detail is original, except the air cleaners!
