2001 Suburban - whooshing sound from front left tire
I've been hearing a "whoosing" sound from the front left tire while driving. It increases in speed as I accelerate. Almost sounds like something is caught behind the tire. No performance problems. Any ideas?
Thanks! |

Thanks. Cool picture! My suburban wouldn't look quite as cool.

Possible wheel bearing. While driving on an empty road, swerve side to side slightly. If the noise gets louder when turning right (weight transfers to left), most likely it is the wheel bearing.
