Angry Gtp Still Wont Start :( Help!

I have a 97 Grand Prix GTP. sc.
I had the engine rebuilt.
And it started once right after and will not start now.

I have replace the EGR piping etc.
Has spark and fuel and all that.
The only other thing I can think of is the auto theft device but I can't seem to find a light for it???
Do I even have one??

I tried resetting where you turn the key for 10 minutes but that didnt seem to work..

Any ideas!!?!

Also, If anyone is selling a grand prix any year that needs a transmission or engine please let me know..

Thanks for all your help

Dunno if this story will help. opcorn:
The first time I fired up my '98 GTP after its heart transplant, my car fired up and died. It would turn over but not fire up. It turns out I was in such a hurry that I didn't tighten the grounds on the tranny case good enough. I also went back and re-checked the ground at the ignition module. Voila' The car fired up. :
